As a UI/UX Designer at Innoteqc, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to design intuitive and engaging user experiences that showcase our Odoo ERP solutions and digital transformation services. You’ll work with our experts to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that highlight our tailored Odoo implementations for Quebec SMEs. We value a proactive, “get it done” spirit. To succeed, you’ll need strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for web, ERP, and SaaS interfaces
- Create wireframes, mockups, and polished prototypes in Figma

Build and maintain reusable design systems and UI components
- Collaborate cross-functionally with dev and product teams
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years in UI/UX design with a solid portfolio
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Fluent in English and/or French (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe tools (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Odoo, ERP, or dashboard design
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Basic knowledge in process automation design
- Strong analytical skills
